What do you do when it feels like God is nowhere to be found? Psalm 10 gives voice to a question many of us are afraid to ask out loud: “Where are you God?” When injustice thrives and evil seems to win, we’re left wondering if God sees, if He cares, or if He’s even there. This message walks through the tension of God’s seeming absence and the hope of His promised justice. It’s an invitation to be honest with our questions, bold in our prayers, and anchored in the deeper reality that the Lord is King—even when He feels hidden. When God seems silent, we don’t give up—we hold the tension and trust His timing.

This week, we enter the final stretch of our journey through Philippians by looking at the Apostle Paul’s thoughts on gospel partnership, generosity, and the secret to lasting contentment. In Philippians 4:10–20, Paul highlights how a church’s faithful support is not only helpful to the mission—it’s pleasing to God. Whether Paul was well-fed or hungry, free or in chains, he had learned the secret of contentment: Christ is enough.

In what may be the most stunning passage ever written, Philippians 2:5-11 reveals the shocking greatness of humility. The way up is down. The King of the universe made humility His very way of life. Leaving heaven wasn’t enough. Being born in a stable wasn’t enough. Even dying wasn’t enough—it was death on a cross, the lowest form of humiliation. Yet, that was not the end. Because of His humility, God exalted Him to the highest place. One day, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord—not in spite of His humility, but because of it.
