This podcast is a special episode. I wanted to invite my husband Adam on to celebrate him and to reflect on his journey of fatherhood.

In this chat we discuss what this journey of being a father has meant to Adam, the highs, the lows and the challenges along the way.

The role of being a father has changed radically over the last few generations. From men who predominantly worked out of the home to now living in a world where a lot of men are working from home and looking after the kids a lot more.

Women use to only look after the kids and the home but are now almost always required to work in order to support a young family.

Needless to say the world has changed radically in a very short period of time and these changes have created new stresses and dynamics in relationships that we are all learning to navigate.
