Every week the FAIRtax Guys look at congress.gov to see what kind of changes to the tax code are being proposed in Congress.  Some are sensible.  Others, not so much.  Just about all of them are at the behest of a lobbyist.

During the year, the Guys keep a running list of the worst of the worst when it comes to these tax code changes.  Some are truly shameful—blatant political agenda pushing via the tax code.  Some just make you shake your head and wonder what on earth is THAT doing in the tax code.
