Best selling author John Gaver has written extensively about tax reform.  He has developed a set of 22 goals that a superior tax reform proposal should meet.

This week, the FAIRtax Guys welcome Gaver to the program to begin a multi-part series in which they go over all 22 goals and see what kind of tax system meets these goals.  Here’s a hint—it’s not the income tax.
