One of best selling author John Gaver’s 22 goals for tax reform is that an ideal tax system should be hard to evade.  Another is that a good tax system doesn’t burden the taxpayers with exorbitant costs just to comply with the code.

These are just two of the points that Gaver discusses with the FAIRtax Guys this week as they continue their multi-part series looking at all 22 goals and determining which tax system best meets them.
