Today I'm going to share a keynote that I did at the EPIC community last year in Vancouver, Canada. I review all the things I've learned at the Olympics as a commentator and as a physiologist working with Olympic level athletes. This is a great opportunity for us to start digging back into the idea of really performing at your absolute limits and what that involves.
