#52: Jon Hershfield, MFT — The Relationship of Mindfulness and OCD

Jon Hershfield has been an expert in the field of mental health, specifically in OCD since 2009. He was the director of the OCD and Anxiety Center of Greater Baltimore, associate director of the UCLA Pediatric OCD Intensive Outpatient Program, and clinician at the OCD Center of Los Angeles. Now, he is the director of the Center for OCD and Anxiety at Sheppard Pratt. He is also both an author and co-author for books relating to OCD.
