Hey you guys, today we’re talking to @anaempowers, a faith-based life coach, podcast host of the Living for Christ Podcast, and someone who has recently been saved from the New Age.

Anastasiya grew up in a family who considered themselves to be Russian Orthodox Christians. However, there was virtually no talk of Jesus in her home and even littler understanding of the Bible.

This led to her later seeking God and seeking healing through New Age practices like yoga, shadow work, and inner-child healing. But Anastasiya didn’t stop there, she kept seeking truth and seeking love and community, and it eventually led her back to church, and home to Jesus.
