However, discovering running played a huge role towards his recovery, providing a refreshing rest bite from his intrusive thoughts, a sense of freedom and achievement… which subsequently inspired the launch of Run4YourMind – a community-based foundation connecting likeminded individuals with similar experiences, motivating one another to live an active lifestyle, to aid their mental health and wellbeing.
