We want to talk about the two reasons why your lack of self love is causing your relationship problems.

The reason why I want to talk about this is because it's so important. Our most intimate relationships are the foundation of our lives and impact every other area. If we don't take the time to work on it every suffers.

This is something that we've had to battle with ourselves. 

I've(Adam) had a huge issue with this, and I know many of our clients and people we speak to struggle with this to. 

We've all been kids at one point and we have all had different experiences during our childhood and those experiences leave a lasting imprint on who we become. As we become adults we then tend to repeat a lot of the patterns that we learnt before the age of 7.

Unfortunately a lot of the patterns that most of us learn are not very healthy ones so we have to first become aware of our patterns and then make some decisions about which ones we want to keep and the ones we want to let go of.
