Today I want to talk about letting go of expectations. This has been huge in my life and I was sharing with a client recently that it's amazing how we all think we don't have expectations and then it's not until life goes the way we really didn't want it to go that we realise we do have expectations.

When I work with women and couples the biggest thing that gets in the way of everything we want, all the love, all the joy, is expectations. Expectation drains love and joy and energy and life from our life. 

So I'm going to share some stories about how expectation has got in the way of my experiences in my life.
