There is SO MUCH that you need to keep in mind at your wedding tasting. Not just choosing what food you like best.  You also have to be aware of other factors like the allergies and dietary restrictions of your guests. An average wedding will include

• Show flow/ the pacing, the order of events, etc. 
• Hors D'oeuvres (pick 3-5, depending on contract and pricing)
• Salad (pick 1)
• Entrée (pick 1)
• ​​Wine Tasting
• Cake and Desserts
• Table Setting
