As you seek to open your heart to God and respond to His call to receive the Kingdom as a little child, you can begin the process of letting the Lord reparent your heart. You can learn to step into a new level of freedom as a beloved child of God. Along the way, however, you will inevitably meet internal obstacles and resistance. This resistance often points to wounds in your heart and lies you believe that are rooted in past experiences. In order to change what we believe and how we feel, we must get to the root of the problem, which is often within our memories. The Holy Spirit can lead us to those memories and meet us there with His love that heals and transforms us.
