Here’s the question I received on Instagram was; “what to do when you get the urge to eat/blinge when an uncomfortable feeling arises?”
In this episode I discuss why “emotional eating” happens and how to shift to feeling more in control and at peace around food both in and out of the moment when the “urge” hits!
