How was Okinawa?　沖縄(おきなわ)どうだった？

It was so much fun.　すごい楽しかった。

The ocean was beautiful.　海(うみ)きれいだった。

How was the weather?　天気どうだった？

The weather was very good.　天気すごいよかった。

Was it hot?　暑かった？

Yes, it was hot.　うん、暑かった。

How was the food?　食べ物(たべもの)どうだった？

The food was delicious.　（食べ物）おいしかった。

How was the hotel?　ホテルどうだった？

The hotel was good.　よかったよ。

Was it clean?　きれいだった？

Yes, it was clean.　うん、きれいだった。
