Jonathan is a military veteran of the IDF Air Force, an active member of the Students Supporting Israel group on Columbia's campus and a student of Financial Economics and Psychology. Jonathan has worked for the Israeli Economic Mission in New York City and the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem. He is an active part of Colloquia, a club at Columbia focused on values of free discourse. Jonathan responds to his critics and the critics of his claims for Israel in a personal voice.
