We wanted to call this episode "To teach or not to teach". Then there was "Don't be a dink", a direct quote from Eric. Neither of those made the cut...

Why is it that so many so-called journeyman think that apprentices are out to take their jobs? We've had our share of apprentices and we've also been apprentices ourselves, this time we are talking about how to be a GREAT Mentor.
