The Dr. Greg Wells Podcast

#61. Sarah Wells on I Believe

Listen Later

Welcome back!

I am super excited about this interview that I did with Olympic hurdler, Sarah Wells. She is transforming the world and has an unbelievable track record - literally - as an Olympic hurdler. She is a Pan Am Games medalist, a multiple national champion, ranked top 12 at the Olympic Games, and has gone on now to build a speaking career. Sarah has launched the Believe Initiative, which is transforming the lives of tens of thousands of children and students around the world, helping them learn how to build confidence, to build resilience, and to build their ability to accomplish more.

I'm really excited about having Sarah on the show. We dig a lot into the process around excellence, about overcoming obstacles, about staying positive despite unbelievable setbacks, and ultimately how she's built a framework around her strategies to improve resilience and to develop confidence.

I’m really excited to share this interview to you. You can check her out online at her website sarahwells.ca and on twitter @sarahwells400mh, which stands for meters hurdles. So please enjoy this interview with Olympian, Sarah Wells.
