On this episode we talk with Greg Bansuelo. Since 1961 the Tiki Ti has been an exclusively family owned and operated bar and in 2015, Greg broke that tradition and became the very first bartender and employee ever to be hired there. We talk about how this came to be, his bartending background as well as his father's bartending background who also helped usher in the early Tiki cocktail movement, having worked at many of the now famous Polynesian Pop Palaces of yesteryear including Don the Beachcomber, The Luau, The Seven Seas and The Tahitian!
