In this episode I wanted to talk about seeking support for binge eating. The first place most people go is therapy, which is great AND often not enough to fully stop binging. This is something I talk about behind the scenes with potential clients and in my Instagram DMs, so I thought I would address it here!

So what is the answer? It’s IDEAL to have both!
They can work together in their specialized roles to help you recover from binge eating. You will greatly benefit from having both an ALIGNED therapist and dietitian. Ideally, you would work with a therapist who specializes in a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach to eating disorder recovery.
If you are struggling with your relationship with food, I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone.
