Today I want to talk about what to do when you're triggered by your partner in your relationship. Now this is a huge one, because honestly relationships with anybody, but particularly our intimate partners and children, can be extremely triggering. 

I've actually had to learn to change my relationship to being triggered in my relationships. In the past when I was triggered I took it really personally. I would make these horrible stories about it that would leave me feeling frustrated and stuck.

It would create so much separation between me and my own heart, and then me and my partner's heart, or even me and my kids, and it would make me go into my ego and just see the worst case scenario. From this place I couldn't learn the lesson.
