We talk to Aaron about that unfortunate accident--how it happened and what's in store, as well as his and others' decisions as to whether to attend Feast Portland in 2017.

Also, we thought, based on the sad restaurant closings in Portland this year, we'd revisit our January 2016 interview with restaurateur Kurt Huffman in A Ristretto Roasters Classic, in which Kurt proclaimed the coming year would be "restaurant Armageddon" in Portland.
