This week we're really excited to bring you Steve Fleck. Steve Fleck is one of the leading Professional Endurance Sports Race/Event Announcers & Commentators in North America. Each year he is on the microphone at over 30, running, cycling and triathlon races/events across the continent. His entire working life has been spent in and around the world of Endurance Sports with roles in Retail, Sales, Marketing, Media, Communications, and Events. 

Steve isn't just a race announcer, he's a storyteller. Steve helps to create the experience of being at those events, and he has seen it all. He has seen the successes, he has seen the failures, and he has conducted the interviews. So he has some tremendous insights into what it takes to be successful at a lot of these events, but also what it means to just simply participate and how powerful the experience itself is.
