Hello and welcome to The Binge Eating Dietitian Podcast!  In this episode, I answer the following questions:

  1. ​​”I was wondering that as I am "all in" now, and tend to crave a lot of sweets all the time, should I just eat the sweets or try to eat something more nourishing first and then sweets after, or is it restricting?”
  2. In response to a Client Win I posted on my IG Story:  “Why can't I have that with my current body shape? I trained so hard to get that body, I don't want to lose it. I hate my set point, my natural set point means having much more far on my belly and my hips, and I don't like that.”
  3. “Any advice for starting to integrate physical activity and exercise?” 
  4. “Did you happen to quit drinking during your recovery period?”
  5. “I'm wondering if you'd be able to provide some insight on fatigue… if you think this is related to my missing period?”
