Ola says its services are back to about 90% of pre COVID-19 levels in Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide.

But recently, people are having to wait for a long time to get service from the rideshare companies. 

The managing director of Ola Australia and New Zealand says it's all because of the pricing for drivers.  

"WA is still under a state of emergency and that law prohibits any of the rideshare companies from actually changing their pricing, so we normally would use peak pricing so in terms of high demand, the price goes up... more and more drivers come on stream.

"We can't do that at the moment and that's why we're seeing unusually high wait times," Simon Smith told 6PR Breakfast.

When it comes to the AFLW there's one woman that the competition owes a lot to and that's Jan Cooper, she's fought for the sport for many years and now she's fighting another battle.

The AFLW trailblazer, former AFL Manager of Female Football Development and AFLW Premiership Cup ambassador was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago and is in the midst of treatment. 

"Today is a good day, I head off to my next session of chemo tomorrow so the next week after that's a bit rubbish, but nothing that others haven't endured over the course of their lives too," Ms Cooper told 6PR Breakfast. 

Her children have set up a fundraising page as they prepare to shave their heads to support their mum and others battling cancer.

West Coast and Fremantle will likely have to endure interstate hub life again during this disrupted AFL season and the players are ready to roll with the punches. 

Coming off West Coast's 31st Western Derby win, Josh Kennedy told 6PR Breakfast the players have to be flexible. 

"Whatever we can do to get this season finished, or keep going; it's a tough one because as I said before, everything changes day-to-day, week-to-week and even hourly.

"We know that we've got a little stint at home at the moment, but the possibility that we probably will have to go away maybe towards the back end of the year," Kennedy told Steve and Baz. 

"This year is just all about being open to whatever gets thrown at us so we've got to be pretty adaptive at the moment," he said. 

The three-time Glendinning-Alan medalist also says their captain Luke Shuey will be back from a hamstring injury to play against Collingwood on Sunday.
