Brady McDonald started drinking at 14 and never really stopped.

Until one day he signed up for, and completed 75Hard.

But...he slipped back into old ways, until finally God got a hold of him and showed him the pain that awaited him and his family if he didn't stop drinking.

So he started training for endurance races and the rest is history.

Idols can turn your life inside out.

The problem is, you rarely recognize that you're idolizing something in the moment.

It usually takes a shock...like a messy separation...to see things clearly.
