7. Generation Lonely

Listen Later

Are we facing a loneliness epidemic? Is loneliness the same as being alone? Is social media making us feel less social? Join Mae, Bisha, Ned and Steve who will try to figure it all out. This week, Mae wonders if you can be lonely in a crowded room, Bisha investigates the impact of loneliness on our health and Ned tries yoga and becomes at one with the universe - and his hamstrings. Comedian, writer and actor Rose Matafeo tries to help solve your dilemmas and Steve Ali puts everything into perspective with tales of firefighting in the Calais refugee camp.
