Times of Silence are necessary for you to grow and tap into a deeper connection with God.  You can’t do this if you are plugged in and with people constantly.  And with today’s pace, it is very easy never to stop and take time to be quiet and listen.  And it doesn’t have to be a fancy retreat or workshop about meditation, although those things are fine in and of themselves.  Silence can be had anywhere and for free!  Silence is like a retreat that you can have right where you are. Even at work or at home, silence can be yours.  Regular times of silence will guide you and give you strength for the journey.
