Located on the northern coast of the Mediterranean Sea, Monaco is tiny, rich and virtually crime-free—until the Pink Panthers show up. After they penetrate the peaceful haven for the ultra-wealthy, Monaco’s Prince Albert II appoints dashing French police inspector Andre Mulhberger to restore his subjects’ peace of mind. But temptations lurk everywhere in this “sunny place for shady people,” and even an incorruptible cop can find himself swimming in dangerous waters.
