Erich Thaler traces his path from the Spokane, WA music scene to Boston, where Stompbox earned a major label deal with Columbia and became one of the city's most talked-about bands in the early '90s. When things unraveled, Thaler hit some dark times — but he bounced back with D-CON, eventually made his way to California, got straight, and rebuilt his life.
