Kelly also discusses the value of role-playing and how it helps internalize scripts and improve conversational skills. She shares her minimum standard of making 21 contacts per day and highlights the significance of asking deep questions to determine a seller's motivation. Kelly advises new agents to start by communicating with five people from their phone contacts each day and emphasizes the importance of consistency and discipline in building a successful real estate business.
