As someone who trained and worked as a therapist, then left the system to create an online coaching company, here are my thoughts on the unique strengths and gaps in each field. I talk about my experience with therapy and coaching, both as a client and a professional.

Both are here to stay. They don't have to compete. One doesn't have to be inherently better than the other.

I feel that my role is to support both therapists AND coaches in deepening their personal embodiment and professional development.
