Using a filter to view yourself and your world can affect you and how you show up to your life.

When we see ourselves and others with truth and grace we can show up as our truest self.

Using a healthy filter can be a good thing...using a faulty filter can cause problems.

When we use a faulty filter as the lens to our world, we show up in our false self and may become people pleasers .

To have authentic relationships, we have to use a filter of love, grace, and truth.
