The kids are home for the summer...now what!?

I think this thought has crossed all of our minds, whether your kids are home from school for the summer or you are a home-schooling mama. Summer can be a busy time, full of fun activities!  However as moms, it’s a normal feeling to think that we need to entertain our kids 24/7. It can be exhausting! It doesn’t have to be that way. It is actually a healthy habit to have your child participate in independent play. It can benefit their problem-solving skills, imagination, social skills, and much more.
