I keep thinking I’ll get tired of this practice since I do it every quarter, but as time goes on, I love it even more. The regular rhythm of noticing your life and naming what’s saving it, what’s making it light or grounded or joyful or even tolerable in certain seasons, is immensely helpful in being an integrated, content person.
