Justin went back out on the streets to Owens' Restaurant at Milepost 16 in Nags Head to experience the new nightlife environment they've created. Jazz Nights at Owens' are currently Friday night through Sunday night, but they plan to do it nightly if possible! Between the drinks, the late-night food menu and the entertainment, you're bound to have a fantastic time!
