Pretty solid day of fishing all the way around! I'll tell ya what's been going on in today's report as well as a recap from Day 1 of the Pirate's Cove Billfish Tournament. It's tournament time here on the Outer Banks! We just wrapped up the 22nd Annual Boatbuilders Tournament a few weeks ago and now we are gearing up for the Alice Kelly and Pirate's Cove Billfish Tournaments. Capt. Marty and Justin go over the in's and out's of the tournaments as well as make a few phone calls to places like Teach's Lair Marina in Hatteras Village and The Miss Oregon Inlet II Headboat out of the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center.

Fishing was kind of hit or miss depending on where you were. Offshore was dependent on that, and so were a few places closer to the beach but the sound was pretty solid with the drum and speckle trout. Gonna talk more about that plus some Pirate's Cove Billfish Tournament coverage in this report.
