I have been so stuck with this relationship trigger for probably a lifetime, not realizing that it's so true what I teach... when there is numbness and dissociation it's an invitation to make space and go deeper. So having been forced to make the space (living alone for months now, having loads of alone time), I was able to go deeper and uncover one of the deepest childhood traumas and patterns in my nervous system related to my relationship with my dad and my 13 year relationship with Tomer.
