What is trauma?

Trauma can be defined many ways and can be different for different people.

It can be little trauma, middle or big trauma.

A simple way to define this complex term could be anything that happens to someone that is too much for them to process. When we can’t process something our nervous system becomes dysregulated. God gives us many ways to regulate our nervous system and heal from trauma.
