Why is Republicans can never show a united front, on anything. Rand Paul offers an amendment vote to enact REAL spending caps that lead to a balanced budget in 5 years! Republicans still oppose it and can't vote for it, even though they all know it's going nowhere in the Senate. Why not rally together and vote as a sign of being united against bigger government? Because the truth is, they're not.
