With the Braves' NLDS matchup against the Brewers on the horizon, DOB and EOF welcome on The Athletic's Milwaukee Brewers pundit, Will Sammon! The trio discuss Atlanta and Milwaukee's starting pitching, and how the loss of Devin Williams could affect Josh Hader and the Brewers. Christian Yelich continues his less-than-stellar 2021 campaign heading into the postseason. Why is Yelich scuffling as much as he is? What will it take for him to reignite his MVP-like play? Plus, DOB and EOF take a look at who's hot and cold heading into the NLDS.

Playoff baseball is right around the corner but before then, DOB and EOF parse through the postseason's biggest storylines (courtesy of Ken Rosenthal's astute writing). Big-named players went down with injuries in the last week of the regular season, how will those players' absences affect their respective teams? Is Ron Washington a managerial candidate? If so, where could he land? DOB and EOF cogitate over the impact Washington has had on Atlanta, and what his potential departure could mean spell for the Braves.

FOUR, count 'em, FOUR CONSECUTIVE NL EAST CROWNS FOR THE ATLANTA BRAVES! DOB and EOF towel off from the champagne showers long enough to chat about Atlanta's remarkable streak as well as the club's sweep of the Phillies. The duo commends the Bravos coaching staff for their efforts and expertise before digging into Max Fried and Charlie Morton's molten-hot pitching, and the atmosphere at Truist Ballpark in the series finale. Jorge Soler isn't the only mid-season acquisition for Atlanta that's balled out, but his absurd power and home run prowess deserves to be discussed further. Plus, highlighting standout Braves minor leaguers, and a quick look ahead the remainder of the regular season.

Is playing every day detrimental to Braves players? DOB and EOF toss around their thoughts on Atlanta's expectation, as an organization, that players suit up as often as possible. Hannah Keyser, a writer for Yahoo Sports, wrote on this matter recently, which the guys draw from in this conversation. Freddie Freeman, among other Braves members, believes in his club's mantra - but why? The guys take a look at the history behind Freddie's work ethic. Is Dansby Swanson's recent day off an indictment on playing 140+ consecutive games? Plus, Adam Duvall's deep dinger; Eddie Rosario hits for the cycle, and Max Fried has been serving up nastier stuff than a restaurant on 'Kitchen Nightmares'.

16 games separate Atlanta from the playoffs; however, will they even be in a position to contend for a pennant after this grueling upcoming string of road games? DOB and EOF cough up all the details about the Braves' series out west, including this weekend's set of contests against San Francisco. Should fans sweat Atlanta's recent spell of uncharacteristically poor late-game offensive production? What can they do to remedy their faults? Also, what's next for Touki?

The Braves took care of business during their six-game homestand, but Atlanta now turns their attention west with a slate of challenging matchups on the horizon. How would the Bravos' playoff rotation look if the postseason started today? Are they well equipped to tackle most teams? While on the topic of pitching, Eric spins pitch sequencing yarn and waxes about batters' approaches at the plate. The duo also converses about Freddie Freeman's growth as a batter.

DOB and EOF dissect the intradivisional date and key in on Braves players instrumental in the team's wins such as Jorge Soler, Adam Duvall, and Joc Pederson. Stephen Vogt is another such contributor whose services paid off in a big way, not only on the field but in the clubhouse, too. 'Joctober' has arrived early in Atlanta. The Braves' West Coast tour, and their series in Colorado, was met with mixed results, DOB and EOF tackle Atlanta's up and down stretch in today's pod. But, before then, the guys react to the Braves extending Charlie Morton. Why did Alex Anthopoulos and Atlanta's front office choose now to extend the 37-year-old? What other internal re-signings could be in the works? What does this mean for Morton moving forward? The Bravos Boys rehash Atlanta's trip out west and discuss the highs and lows. Ozzie Albies' resiliency was on full display in Colorado. Freddie Freeman is orchestrating a historic season, one that could rival Albert Pujols and other legendary first basemen. Plus, is Joey Votto a Hall of Famer?
