What is intentional scheduling?Teachers often have a lot of responsibilities and tasks to manage, and it can be easy to become overwhelmed or overworked without a clear plan. An intentional schedule can help teachers prioritize their tasks, set realistic goals, and manage their time more effectively.
By having a clear plan, teachers can reduce stress and increase their productivity and effectiveness in the classroom.
How can I be intentional with free time?Start with a realistic assessment of your workload and responsibilities, including both teaching and non-teaching tasks. Do what I call a "brain dump"! Identify your priorities and goals, and determine which tasks are most important for achieving them.
