Woof! Girl, I know you've been there. You waste all of this time creeping on people on social media... just to see where you stack up. Am I losing enough weight? Am I making enough money? Am I pretty enough? Am I successful enough? Wanna know what that does? It robs us of our sanity! I did this often up until recently. I took all of my time and energy and just channeled it into how I wanted to feel. Wanna know what happened? SOMETHING AMAZING! (You'll have to tune in to find out!) Aside from the comparison trap, there's something else we have to consider here- assumptions. It's human nature to make assumptions. But, in today's episode, I challenge you to become more aware of how many times you're making an assumption and how much BETTER you will feel when you stop comparing AND stop making assumptions about other people's lives.
