Key to an effective onboarding experience is giving the client a thorough understanding of what they can expect from your business and the various options available to them. Greg explains that a good onboarding process gathers information about the client's exact scenario and outlines any necessary steps they need to take to get the ball rolling. As well as this, it’s a great opportunity to communicate the client experience your business offers.
