When it comes to spiritual warfare, I'll be the first to admit there's a lot I don't know…

I feel like an absolute kindergartner when it comes to these things, but I can read Scripture and recognize that there are realities at work that I might not understand.

One of those spiritual realities is that there are strongholds in this world. There are strong towers set up by the enemy that are hard ground to gain.

In my own life, I've seen that in the stronghold of food fixation, where I felt like I just can't overcome this obsession. And yet I've experienced in my life the power of Christ Jesus to demolish those strongholds, and that is what I invite you to experience in prayer with me today.
