As I was reading through questions that you guys asked me, I found one common theme: burnout and overwhelm. I am here to tell you that this does not have to be your story. When you try to deal with so much on your plate, you are setting yourself up for failure. No one can handle that much pressure on their own. In this episode we talk about things you can do to avoid burnout, and how to delegate tasks. I am going to really challenge you to self-reflect and dig deep as to why you are trying to juggle so much, and what changes you could make to relieve some of that stress. I will also read some of the questions from my Q+A posts.
