Jeremy is also the founder of Heart Of America Team Competition and just started his own podcast called "Heavy Weights Podcast". Jeremy is also one of the Plus One band members in the early 2000s where he toured the world for years until he settled down with his wife and kids and took on the role of bringing CrossFit to the Midwest. <br></p>
