Last week we hosted the Thrive 2021 Conference, a personal growth and leadership virtual conference completely free. This was my way to celebrate my milestone birthday and kick-start a new decade doing what I am most passionate about: investing in personal growth and sharing it with others.

He is also the host of the Aww Shift podcast, and founder of Identity Shift coaching
