In this episode Lauren dives into how our eating, drinking, breathing, thinking, and feeling have all the power to shift gene expression.

Lauren has been practicing nutritional therapy for 10 years, and mindfulness and meditative techniques for much of her life. She was also the Director of Education and Outreach of a medical cannabis company, where she specialized in the education of doctors and patients on the safe and effective use of medical cannabis to treat illness and disease, including cancers and other chronic illnesses.
