Phillipe Clement the former Rangers manager is the new boss at Carrow Road - maybe bringing some much needed experience and know how into the football coaching side of things! Surely we have to expect more from him than just staying up like Roeder ? Can we reach the play offs like we did under Wagner? Or could it be another Rioch, Smith or Hughton?
